Richard Telling: Our Managing Director
Richard has been involved in the coach industry since leaving college some 25 years ago where he trained as a vehicle engineer. He joined the family business a large independent Coach and Bus Operator where he gained experience in all areas of the business before being appointed Group Engineering Director some fifteen years ago for a fleet of over 400 coaches and buses. The family business was sold to an international transport company in 2009 and after 4 years of working with the big group, an opportunity arose to buy a small local coach company and the deal was done. In 2016, Richard returned TGM to a family ownership and has taken inspiration from his parents to focus on a simple notion – to provide the best luxury VIP coach service available in the UK today.
Sean O'Sullivan: Our General Manager
Sean joined the business in August 2012 and has over 20 years' experience in the Bus & Coach industry working in senior operational management roles. His main responsibilities at TGM include the pricing and allocation of work, staff management and customer relations.
Pete Moorcroft: Fleet Engineer
Peter started his career by completing a mechanical and production engineering apprenticeship building radars. Little did he know that 30 years later he would be working alongside his cousin in the family business. Peter’s first taste of commercial vehicle maintenance came at his Uncles coach company, he undertook a number of roles ranging from fitter, store man to service supervisor. He left the company to work at another local coach operator as the Parts Manager. After that he left the industry for a few years but a year after Richard bought Falcon Coaches the opportunity arose for Peter to re-join the family business. As fleet engineer Peter takes overall responsibility for the maintenance of the fleet which has grown rapidly over the last 4 years.
